How do you pay her?

  • Do you track her time somehow and pay per hour?
  • Do you pay per task?
  • Do you pay a fixed amount per month independent of hours worked?

Great article as always Paul. I'd strongly echo Angeline's mention of using Loom to record quick videos. It's transformed my workflows - no need to save, upload then generate a link, the link's instantly available when you finish recording. The desktop app on Mac works well too. You've persuaded me further down the road to getting a VA again, so thank you! ;-)

You're welcome Geoff. The only issue with Loom is it doesn't work on Safari. Glad I could help :)
