Last week I started tracking my work time with a paper and pen. It’s been very eye opening. So much social media because I get stuck on a project. And minutes become hours doing no work. Thanks for the time blocking tip.

Yeah it's amazing how much these micro amounts of time can add up to more than we realise.

I've been using Rescue Time for the last few years and it has been great eye opener to seeing where my time is really going (Warcraft is bad!). Another great time tracking tool for your list would be https://logmyhours.com which is a time tracking tool I built. Similar to Harvest and Toggl, but much more affordable (and cookies). I've been logging my own hours while building it, it's been a lot of fun.

I can't remember how many years ago I started using http://Paymo.biz to track my time . . . 5? 7? I use a paid version ($12/mo.) and have found it to be a core business tool.

Hi Debi, thanks for sharing. I've never seen this tool but had a quick look and it seems really nice!

I use Futurenda now. It is very good when it works. But still struggling with lot of the bugs though I am on premium plan. I will try out the apps that you suggested. It's useful. Thank you.
