Professor Arnold Ehret's "Mucusless Diet Healing System" was the first significant book about natural health I've read. I don't remember any other moment, even in my childhood, when I felt healthier than now!

Also, I LOVE Simon Sinek’s Start with Why. I’ve watched the Ted talk numerous times and leveraged it to facilitate vision meetings. Thank you Paul!

well it gave me more awareness of myself and others, appreciating what is in NOW .. the power of being present , fully present in the moment and enjoying in .. It was a journey for me, reading this book .
