I'm about to set up Calendly. Like you, I wasn't interested in automating my scheduling. However, I'm about to embark on a new project and using Calendly is one of the requirements. Your tips and suggestions are helpful. I'm sure it will work out, but I'm a bit anxious about installing and activating the system. Wish me luck!

Hi Paul Good job one question for you why you do not use the Pipedrive Scheduler? (propose time) Marc

Mainly because I need something a bit more powerful that can check multiple calendars for event conflicts, take payments, set up Zoom meetings etc. and Calendly is a just a lot better. I also use it to schedule calls with existing clients, not just leads. Calendly also have some good embed options for adding to your website, which the PD scheduler doesn't have.

I use Book Like a Boss which is very similar to Calenendy and I love it! My clients love it too! I have several mentions in my reviews about how easy it is to book an appointment with me.

Paul, are you drunk? Nothing is more insulting than being asked to click those idiotic "calendly" links because someone is too self-important to just suggest a time. I am not your secretary and I'm not clicking it. If we can't figure out a time to meet by one or two emails then you're probably not worth hanging out with.

Thanks for the feedback. If you've ever tried to coordinate multiple clients at once across multiple time zones you'll appreciate it's almost impossible to book appointments (unless you have a full time personal assistant). I'm not trying to be self-important. It's about saving my clients (and me) time.
