I found a simple preset was required to consistently get A4-multi-page PDFs which DevonThink could easily OCR and archive so I bought a block of 500 conversion minutes in December 2014 which is about to run out.

Man, I've been looking for a way to automatically save important emails onto my hard drive so i can easily find them and manage them.. this is perfect, I never thought of using hazel :) brilliant!
