Hi, would you mind to share your Calendly > Piperdrive Zap? We cannot get around getting event duration correct.
Thanks,
Patrick

You can’t really share Zaps publicly. What do you mean “get around duration?”

I mean pushing Calendly event duration in proper formatting for Pipedrive. First one pushes it in minutes (ie. "90") and second one needs it to be in HH:MM (ie. 01:30).

Mine uses 30mim as the default but you could use the Zapier calculation action to work out the time

Thanks. I've actually updated my workflow since writing this article and now use the Zapier webhooks which are instant. You can read more here: https://zapier.com/blog/zapier-for-alfred/

That Mailchimp one is very clever. I have Alfred but only use one workflow consistently, so this gives me some ideas to try out.

I do a lot of automation on my iPhone with Workflow, mainly inputing things into Todoist projects and creating menus with x-callback shortcuts.

Yeah, I didn't talk about Workflow here, but it's another great app and I'm using it a lot these days. The thing I find is you often just need to have a play with these apps to work out how they can help.

What kinds of things are you automating (business or otherwise)? Please leave me a comment and share your ideas!
