Thank you Paul. I bought the book but it is a pain to read and it was my goal to finish this month, which i am sort of doing by reading your summary. Thank you for this great summary. I am not recommending the book because it states the obvious and is mind bogglingly numbing to read. Thank you for getting me out of my self imposed misery.
