A question though, towards the end of the show you two talked a little bit about Ryan's momentum list and how that can help to avoid a having to rescue a bad day. What would be great to learn more about, for me anyways, would be tips and tricks for rescuing a bad day. It was something that was briefly touch upon and could be valuable.
Good questions - for me personally, I find it's good to start by taking a break e.g. going for a walk, reading a book or doing something to hit the reset button. That way you can approach the rest of your day with a fresh perspective.
