I thought this book was going to be a one trick pony and just say "focus on the one thing" but really it's a whole philosophy - another great summary Paul! How do you write these so well AND so fast? I need to up my writing game haha

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT CONCEPT: To learn this proactively is to thrive and not just survive. I have learned one of the concepts the hard way: "Remember that if you don’t prioritize your life someone else will. If you take one thing away from this book, I hope you will remember this: whatever decision or challenge or crossroads you face in your life, simply ask yourself, “What is essential?” Eliminate everything else."
