Accor membership

Is there any loyalty perks offered if you have are renewing membership coming to 20 years of being an Accor Plus Member?

I had thought this was TFE rather than ACCOR ?

If you already get 10% discount on hotel rates on accor.com because of membership, do you get an additional 10% discount (stack) with this accor plus card?
