Am very surprise of Dr Spio Garbra's pronouncement of NPP. He should look close to himself his NDC and come back with a very tangible description of NPP. I would want to inform him that NDC is an ethnocentric and tribal organization who got their roots from an ethnocentric military regime led by Rawlings and the Tsikata, Late Prof Awoonor.
