Makes you wonder what real use are Electoral Observers.The Supreme Court of the land 'elected ' or not can probe areas and issues that Observers, by definition, cannot and indeed do not have to probe.Their role is to be general observers, putting a subtle pressure on the main players to play it fair.. It is surprising that Mr Kenyata is saying the Supreme Court is not elected and that he will fix it.I hope to God he does not win.Fixing the judiciary I order for it to toe your line is the worst thing that anybody, democrat or autocrat, can do to a country.Let the law and sanity and fair play prevail.There is no law that an incumbent must always win.
