I think Martin Kpebu has forgotten some of his apo. Unless he’s being intentionally mischievous. Otherwise I don’t see how anyone can prosecute Mensa Otabil because evidence available show that he didn’t touch the money BoG gave for his personal use or business. So which law is Kpebu saying can be used to prosecute him? We shouldn’t touch our youth wrong stuff and hatred. Kpebu obviously hates Mensa Otabil so he wish the man is behind bars. Massa you’ll alway be disappointed if you fail to apply the law properly.
