The church of God must be necessarily different from the world and as a consequence, so should the members. Even so, Kelvin is wrong. We (SDA) have good musicians who are not recognized by the standards of the world, we have footballers, and more. And the world doesn’t hear of them because these people are more interested in pleasing God in the display of their talents than the world.
But what do you mean when you say talent? The SDA Church has produced some honest, real talented politicians, like the current president of Zambia, very eloquent lawyers and good doctors, and some great people in the world, and these are the makers of society. Somebody should tell Kelvin Boy that the illusions of fame shouldn’t make him entrench himself with God. Our God doesn’t lose.
We are constrained by THE LOVE OF God and Phillipians 4:8 and that is for all Christendom. By extension even Islam.
The Sabbath stands unique to us. Even that in the area of maybe sports?Because SDA may be unique to him, he sees it that way. Even those who drink, they say u must not get drunk. So like what's the point really. Spoil ur intestines small?

It is difficult, but that is the way.every society or organization has its rules and regulations. Christianity is not exception so is the SDA church. You don’t join the Lodge organization after which you complain there are too many rules restricting you.
