Absolute nonsense!!! This is nothing but Donkomi awards. If donation of money by a state entity to another state entity to support a national course is an achievement by the CEO of the donating entity to receive a whole National Honour, then there must be something wrong with this country. It is nonsensical in every way one thinks about it. It appears that our president is becoming ridiculously ridiculous, and is behaving and acting like Don Quixote. This is a serious devaluation of the National Honours.
