How can commenters delete their accounts, if they would want to do that? There was an option before but I don't see it anymore! I need to inform of it in my privacy policy.

For admins - yes - we batch those notifications up and send them every hour.
You can add your authors as admins with limited privilidges so they get notifications.
@mentions notifications are sent right away.
If they log into their account, they can go to Support and then in the bottom right is a delete account option.
