@UsernamesAreUnique They're unique if you create a global FastComments.com account, but per-site SSO accounts allow usernames to be unique per-community.

Streaming Chat is included in the Flex plan.
You should have the option in the WP plugin if you update it (it was added to Advanced Settings a few days ago actually).
