# FastComments

> FastComments is a live commenting system and Disqus alternative for static sites, WordPress, and any web application. Frontend and backend SDKs for building commenting and chat features into your existing applications.

The hosted service runs in two regions: https://fastcomments.com (US) and https://eu.fastcomments.com (EU). API keys and data are region specific, so use the host your account was created on. Machine-readable resources for this origin are indexed at /.well-known/api-catalog (RFC 9727). Operating instructions for agents, including authentication and the MCP server, are at https://fastcomments.com/agents.md. Coding agents can install the FastComments Agent Skill with `npx skills add fastcomments/skills`.
